All Clarence Ruth graduates will be prepared for Middle School, High School, and college and will go to college if they so choose.

  • To teach the English language, including high levels of reading, writing, speaking, and listening, to all English learners
  • To intervene early when students are at risk of falling behind
  • To provide a safe, secure, and peaceful school environment to maximize teaching and learning
  • To enagage and involve parents in the educational process    
Our Goal
 
To reduce the percentage of students scoring at the basic, below basic, or far below basic level on the California Standards Test by 10% each year.

LUSD has established a uniform complaint procedure (1312.3) for all relevant programs per 5 CCR § 4622 et seq . The district has a policy of nondiscrimination on the basis of gender per Education Amendments of 1972, Title IX: Nondiscrimination.
