Student Records / High School Transcripts

SCHOLARSHIPS/GRANTS DEADLINES: IF YOUR GRANT REQUIRES A SPECIFIC DATE POSTMARK, WE NEED A MINIMUM OF TWO FULL WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
How do I get my High School Transcripts?
  1. If you are currently attending one of our high schools:
    1. Contact the registrar at your school to obtain your transcript.
  2. If you have previously attended or graduated from a school in the Lompoc Unified School District, follow these procedures:
    1. Complete the request for student records form.
    2. Submit with cash, check or money order payable to the Lompoc Unified School District. (A separate form for each request.)

    Please allow 2-5 business days for processing of your request.

    Official Transcripts must be mailed directly to the Agency or School.
Charges for Transcript/ Education Verification requests:
  • High School Transcript - $5.00 each request
  • Verification of Education = $5.00 each request
  • To mail and fax copies of a transcript = $10.00 (Counts as two transcripts)
  • No electronic signatures accepted.
The request should include:
  • Current name
  • The correct spelling of your name while attending school (please include any names used while attending school in our district)
  • Date of birth
  • Place of birth
  • Social security number for ID
  • Date (month/year) graduated or withdrew from high school
  • Name of last school attended
  • Name of parents
  • Information on where transcript/records are to be sent
  • Sign and date the request (signatures must be handwritten)
  • Check or money order payable to Lompoc Unified School District
    (Credit cards not accepted for payment.)
  • Mail request to:

    (Sorry, e-mail requests are not accepted.)
Copies of diplomas are not available. High school transcripts will contain the date of graduation.
