A meeting of the Citizens’ Oversight Committee will commence at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 22, 2003 in the Superintendent’s Office of the Lompoc Unified School District Education Center at 1301 North A Street, Lompoc, California.

II.       Courtesy to Visitors (Pursuant to District Policy P2320.3, a maximum of five minutes will be allotted to each speaker and a maximum of twenty minutes to each subject matter.)

III.      Phone Conference             Phone conference with Bond Counsel, Mr. David Casnocha, Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth regarding the bylaws of the Citizens’ Oversight Committee

IV.      Appointment of Chairperson (provided in Section 9 of the Citizens’ Oversight Committee bylaws) and Vice Chairperson
