33. Personnel review of each department

Could each District department manager meet and discuss with their staff how their department could reduce or save money, or generate new money for the district?  Each department would be responsible to submit recommendations to the superintendent that specifically relate to their department.
Good idea. Currently every opening is reviewed, but examining existing positions is worthy of review through the lens of being "mission critical." Other efficiencies and supply costs would be real savings.

LUSD has established a uniform complaint procedure (1312.3) for all relevant programs per 5 CCR § 4622 et seq . The district has a policy of nondiscrimination on the basis of gender per Education Amendments of 1972, Title IX: Nondiscrimination.
