24. Classified Workdays & Calendar Adjustments

Suggestions:
  • Reduce the number of staff on a 12 month calendar (eg. shorten the calendar for some 12 month employees)
  • Match employee work calendar to supervisor
  • Reduce work year to the norm of comparable districts
 Response:
Each of these suggestions require working with the employee association(s).  These suggestions are being taken to negotiations and will be addressed in the collective bargaining process.
 
 
 
 

LUSD has established a uniform complaint procedure (1312.3) for all relevant programs per 5 CCR § 4622 et seq . The district has a policy of nondiscrimination on the basis of gender per Education Amendments of 1972, Title IX: Nondiscrimination.
