16. Management & Confidential Work Days

Suggestions:

· Reduce the number of workdays wherever possible

· Defer work days into future years

· Review/reduce vacation formula for managers

Response:

These are suggestions that require working with ALSA and require study on the operational impacts to the district. The vacation formula for managers is currently being considered and discussed with managers.

LUSD has established a uniform complaint procedure (1312.3) for all relevant programs per 5 CCR § 4622 et seq . The district has a policy of nondiscrimination on the basis of gender per Education Amendments of 1972, Title IX: Nondiscrimination.
