District pay only 90% of health insurance costs. My suggestion is to lower the benefit cost by offering only 2 plans. The 80% PPO and the Base Plan. This step would significantly lower the district's health insurance costs per employee. 
This suggestion will be taken to the Health Benefits Committee for consideration.

LUSD has established a uniform complaint procedure (1312.3) for all relevant programs per 5 CCR § 4622 et seq . The district has a policy of nondiscrimination on the basis of gender per Education Amendments of 1972, Title IX: Nondiscrimination.
