• ALL STUDENTS MUST COMPLETE MINIMUM HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS.
    The student's academic and post-secondary goals determine which Capstone should be followed. The final responsibility for meeting graduation requirements rests with the student and his/her parent(s)/guardian(s).

    CTE/ ROP MINIMUM HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
    Prepares student for community college or vocational technical schools
     
    Social Science - 3 years
         World History
         US History
         American Government/Economics
    English - 4 years 
    Mathematics - 3 years
         Three different levels including Math 1
    Science - 3 years
         1 year Physical Science
         1 year Life Science
         1 additional year Physical or Life Science
    Language other than English - 1 year 
         OR
    Visual & Performing Arts - 1 year
    Physical Education - 2 years
         (Mandatory in 9th and 10th Grade)
    ROP/or approved Vocational course
     
    EARN 230 CREDITS
  • CAPSTONE B / A-G
    4-YEAR "A-G" COLLEGE ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS
    Prepares student to be eligible to apply to a 4 year university. 
     
    A - Social Science - 3 years
         World History
         US History
         American Government/Economics 
    B - English - 4 years
    C - Mathematics - 3 years (4 years recommended)
         Math 1
         Math 2
         Math 3
         Statistics, or Pre-Calculus 
    D - Science - 3 years (4 years recommended)
         1 year Physical Science
         1 year Life Science
         1 additional year Physical or Life Science
    E - Language other than English - 2 years (3 years recommended)
         *Must be the same language for both years*
