Tina Vance – Special Education

Mrs. Tina Vance has been a Lompoc native for over forty years. She attended schools in Lompoc and graduated from Lompoc High School in the early eighties.
After taking some time to raise her two children, Mrs.Vance went back to school earning her Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Allan Hancock College, her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and Chapman University and two teaching credentials from Chapman: one in Multiple Subjects andone as an Education Specialist.
Her first teaching assignment was in 2008 at Hapgood Elementary. She came back to teach at her old Alma Matter in 2012.
Mrs. Vance loves teaching at the high school level and takes great pride in seeing her students walk across the stage at graduation.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, gardening, and traveling.
