Ms. Alexandria Vine
Ms. Vine teaches English and Mock Trial at Maple High School. She graduated from UCLA with a BA in English and a minor in Classical Civilizations in 2011. She then attended Southwestern Law School where she was Co-President of the Women's Law Association and a member of the peer mentor program.
While in law school, Ms. Vine held externships at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles (Government Benefits Unit) and the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office (Major Crimes Division). She also participated in her school's Street Law Clinic, where she taught at-risk high school students about the law, the government, and their rights. She graduated and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2014.
Ms. Vine is very passionate about law and literature. Her favorite topics to teach are Shakespeare, mythology, and argumentative writing. She loves to discuss current events and high profile court cases. When she isn't at work, Ms. Vine enjoys collecting sand dollars at the beach with her mom and her dog, Favio.
