    Interested in food, health, and cooking techniques? This course covers planning and preparation of foods.

    ROP Baking and Pastry
    This two period class teaches students to successfully produce baked pastries and other desserts using California standards for health.  Students produce a wide variety of pastry products, often catering for special events. This class is offered through the Santa Barbara County Regional Occupational Program, and students will exit with a certificate of skills.
