Her areas of strength at Marine World became hard coral propagation, algal mariculture and animal disease recognition and treatment.Wanting to share her passion and experience in the area of marine science and animal husbandry, Mrs. Mason decided to earn a credential in biological sciences through Chapman University . Mrs. Mason then began teaching at Cabrillo in 2005. Currently she serves as an adviser to the aquarium and Aquarium Club and is the Robotics (ROV) Program Director.
