I have been cruising in Kindergarten for some time. Prior to teaching, I worked in an accredited, university-owned preschool for three years, and that became my introduction to teaching. I received a B.A. in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara and earned my multiple subject teaching credential and Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Antioch University (Santa Barbara). During my spare time, I design Kindergarten curriculum. You may notice my name on some of the student workbooks. I also enjoy weight lifting and reading up on nutritional and sports science. You may or may not hear me say often to my students, "My expectations for you are way up here."
