Interdistrict Attendance Agreement

The Interdistrict Attendance Agreement (ATD-12) serves as a tool for parents residing within the Lompoc Unified School District attendance area, but working outside the District, who wish to have their child attend a school near their workplace. This agreement takes into consideration the child's need for suitable child care arrangements (as stated in Education Code 46600).

To ensure a smooth processing of your request, please complete the form with the following details: the desired school district, the specific school year you are requesting, and any other relevant information. Don't forget to sign the form. You can submit the completed form to the Central Attendance Office located at the Education Center, 1301 North A Street, or fax it to 742-2079. Once approved, the form will be forwarded to the requested district.
